Hannah Rudsten
Hello! My name is Hannah, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who sees clients in
Oakland, San Francisco and virtual all over California . I provide tools for parents to help create a stronger connection with their child through play. I also work with adults ages 18+ navigate anxiety with life transitions using expressive arts. My approach is warm and playful in sessions, as well as challenging from an empathic place. Therapy with me is collaborative, strength based, client led and directive.
